# AccessLens Career Diagnosis — beta

## Deployment
1. In the existing private GitHub repository, replace **dashboard.html** with this release's dashboard.html.
2. Commit and wait for Render automatic deployment.
3. Sign in at https://jobs.accesslens.in/dashboard.html and select **Recalculate**.

No new SQL or environment variables are needed. The diagnosis uses existing `application_tracker`, `recruiter_responses`, and `outreach_activities` data already fetched for the dashboard.

## Decision rules
- Fewer than 10 applications aged 14+ days: insufficient sample warning.
- 10+ mature applications and fewer than 15% verified responses: targeting/resume review suggestion.
- Applications aged 14+ days without a response: follow-up review suggestion.
- At least 5 verified responses but fewer than 25% with recorded interview evidence: screening preparation suggestion.
- At least 5 interviews and no offers: interview practice suggestion.
- At least 5 applications and no outreach marked Sent: networking suggestion.

All are **hypotheses**, not causal explanations or verified reasons for silence. No AI API is called; no automatic messaging is performed. Existing statuses and reply logs must be maintained accurately.

## Testing
1. Check dashboard with one applied job: should show insufficient sample.
2. Add test records only in a separate test user account; verify 10 mature applied jobs with no responses triggers positioning advice.
3. Log a real recruiter response and refresh; response count and diagnosis should change.
4. Confirm two different users only see their own results (RLS).
5. Confirm links to jobs, profile, interview coach, and follow-up sections work.
