# AccessLens — Next Best Actions

## Deploy
Replace only `dashboard.html` in the existing private GitHub repository. Render should automatically redeploy. No SQL or new environment variables are needed.

## Behavior
- Screening or interview invitations logged in `recruiter_responses` trigger a job-specific AI Interview Coach handoff.
- Applied jobs with no verified reply after 7 days trigger a draft follow-up, unless a future follow-up is scheduled or a sent outreach is less than 7 days old.
- Rejection and offer outcomes do not trigger follow-up prompts.
- All messages require candidate review; nothing is sent automatically.
- Recommendations are derived in the browser from existing RLS-protected Supabase records.

## Test
1. Record a test screening invitation for a tracked application. Reload dashboard and choose **Launch job-specific coach**.
2. Record a test applied job dated 8+ days ago, without a reply. Choose **Draft follow-up** and verify job selection.
3. Record a future follow-up date and reload; repeated outreach should not be recommended.
4. Remove test records before beta testing.

## Limitations
This release uses rule-based recommendations, not scheduled background tasks. A user must open or refresh the dashboard. The interview coach receives the job description only if it was preserved in the application record; otherwise it receives title and company.
